I... just lost an hours worth of shading and hilighting work on a picture....

I went to save the final image, and SAI crashed. Unfortunatley, I lost a lot of work but *thankfully* I had made a back-up save with the base colors... so I don't have to begin from scratch.

I am not looking forward to doing this shading again, because the first time I felt it was perfect ;_;

It turns out there was a recent TMNT movie where the 2003 versions go back and meet their 1987 counterparts:
I know they pick at the 1987 version a lot in this clip, but I will say.. the 1987 TMNT, April, Splinter.. to me, they will always be the TRUE cartoon versions :)

I want to find a clip of Splinter as this stops right before him.

Just a little thing stolen from domafox today :p:

I have to answer these five questions:
1: What TV genre are you addicted to the most and for how long?
2: What is your favorite food you can't do without?
3: What game genres do you play the most and which game of the bunch?
4: What is your most favorite worldly culture you like to decorate your room with?
5: What is your new and current addiction? (can be TV, Hobbies, Games, ect..)

1.) Most definitley anime/animation seems to be the genre I watch the most. I would say.. this probably has gone on my whole life XD Most of my favorite shows besides animation are live action Japanese tokusatsu originally made for children too XD

2.) A favorite food that I can't do without.. hmm.... possibly pasta (Though, maybe I am only saying this because that's what I am having for dinner tonight ^^;)
I am not that much of a picky eater XD

3.) I am torn on this, as I tend to like RPGs and Fighting games. My most-played game was *definitley* Final Fantasy VII though :p

4.) I actually don't think I have a worldly culture I decorate my room with (it is mostly filled with anime/toku/game figures and dolls.... so maybe Japanese? :3) The theme my room had been decorated in years ago was a wolf one.. I had a wolf painting, wolf blankets, statues and a wolf plush in my room. Before I started displaying my collection, the wolf theme was prevalent.

5.) Right now, I seem to be addicted to watching older shows on Youtube (Like episodes from the Time Bokan series, and shows like Jem). I also spend a lot of time clicking my Digimon on the digimon adoptable website Digimon Next, so that's possibly an addiction XD)

This is my entry for the "Winter-Theme" contest over at Digimon Next :) :

I wanted to experiment more fully with the "storybook" lineless style I have seen done. All and all, I don't think it turned out too badly :p My main goal was to kinda "keep it simple" to get the appearance right. Now that I think of it, the style sorta reminds me of the special "Olive the Other Reindeer".
I must say.. I really love this look for backgrounds.

I was up most of the night anyway because I was feeling sick (long story ^^;), so I thought I'd make good use of the time not spent... elsewhere in the house (if you know what I mean ^^;) by being at least a little productive XD XD XD

Big Blackout Today

Today was.. certainly an exciting day to say the least XD Around 1:00 pm today, we suffered a blackout caused by a huge hail/wind storm. For about seven hours we were completley without power!

No power means no internet. No internet makes Matsutzu very sad XD

So, it was an interesting experience... my dad ended up having to grill hambugers outside in twenty degree weather because we had no stove. Power was out all throughout town, from our house to as far as the place where Jay works (and this covers a large area!!) and we couldn't go out for food because no place was open to serve anything XD XD XD

Around 5:00 Jay came over, and we were sitting eating the hamburgers. My parents and he had been planning to watch a DVD, and they lamented the fact that they could not.

Here is a very real conversation we had at the (darkened) dinner table XD:

Jay: Well, definitley no movie tonight....
Me: Wait, I have an idea! I can pantomime a movie using The Misfits dolls.
Dad: (Laughs) NO ONE wants to see that.
Jay: It would hardly be entertaining.
ME: Oh, come on, it would have action, intrigue.. possibly some nudity....

Both my Dad and Jay BURST OUT LAUGHING. My mom was probably hardly amused XD
Ahaha, maybe my sense of humor is improving XD

So, then After Jay left, I ended up listening to some tunes on my MP3 player. But then I got so bored. Then, I suddenly remembered I had still been meaning to get my Houndoom in my Pokemon Platinum game XD
And, with boredom threatened, suddenly, the power comes back on at 7:25 pm XD
Moral of the story: I should have turned on my DS HOURS ago XD XD XD

(I keep worrying that the power might go out again though, as the wind is still blowing harshly outside ^^; Without the heater today, it grew so cold, I had to wear a robe, two blankets, slippers, smd socks to keep warm XD)

I have noticed certain trends when it comes to character's voices in television shows, all across the globe!

A Japanese example:

For awhile, it seems Tetsu Inada got "type-casted" as anthropmorphic characters. (Particularly canine characters. Rouen from the Shining Force series was played by Inada but re-casted for the anime, hense why I did not picture him here). He was Doggie Kruger/Boss/DekaMaster in Tokusou Sentai DekaRanger, Komamura Saijin in BLEACH and Panther Caroso from Star Fox.
Doggie was an immensley popular character, and it seems the Komamura character makes several in-joke nods to him.

For an english example:

Chris Latta was the Voice of Cobra Commander from GI Joe, D-Compose from The Inhumanoids and Starscream from Transformers. His "hiss-like" voice seemed to be perfect for villianous characters.

And on the other hand, there are ones that defy all rules XD:

Townsend Coleman was the voice of Riot of the Stingers from Jem, Michealangelo from the 80's TMNT and The Tick XD

And then finally....

Ahaha, Dan Hannessey was the voice of two totally opposite types of chracters-- Ghengis Rex from Dinosaucers, and Braveheart Lion from Care Bears XD

And in another note, even though I feel really sick right now, I am *still* going on my planned trip tomorrow.. so I will not be online all day tomorrow.

After wasting my time trying to access my old NicoVideo account, I had to make a new one today in order to get back in XD XD XD

But, I discovered they have the endings for all the Time Bokan villian characters for the Playstation 1 game Bokan GoGoGo! In this game, the villains from all the Time Bokan series (Such as Yatterman, Otasukeman, Itadalkiman, etc..) All compete in a racing style game to try to first reach a magical flower that will grant their wishes.

There's been a Legendary hand-out event latley on that Pokemon adoptable site.... And when I saw the Pokemon that would be handed out, I told my brother:
"I bet I'll end up with Regigigas, because it's the only one listed here I am not sure I am interested in...."
So, I log into GPX this morning to do my normal morning clicks, and what do I see mysteriously sitting in my party?

I will keep and and care for it like my other little pixel guys though. It might take awhile to hatch, because I don't click quite as much as I used to there ^^;

Randomy complainy journal ^^;

It seems my computer is so slow that clicking on things on GPX is hard for me to do at a decent rate. For example, I have been on for two hours, and only have been able to get under 350 interactions. This is important, as it often explains why I have missed eggs I have been looking for in the shelter, as I cannot scroll to them fast enough.

I think I will head over to Jay's in a little bit, as I beleive it goes much easier over there.

Well, I am stalking the Shelter, looking to get a replacement Igglybuff egg as I search for a Shiny.. when all of a sudden...

I see that rare black event Zangoose, roaming around abandoned in the shelter.

SO, I rush to click it to adopt it, but whenI do, I get an error message.. then the site went down temporarily (well, for me at least, unless someone can confirm to me it actually did XD) .

Argh, I am so dissapointed(Particurlay becuase in the past I have also missed Deoxys and Ditto. >.>)!!!!

Mobile Phone Fun XD

Today, I tought myself a quite useful skill-- I can now email pictures I take with my cellular phone to myself XD. So, I don't have to buy any special chords or anything in order to get pics from my mobile to the computer XD

This was taken at an out-of-town Toys 'R Us today.. as you can see, these little guys are big sellers right now, as this is all they had left (The Duskull had been on the floor, but I picked him up and put him next to his friend :p)

Though this image is blurry it's.... still more preferable to the freaky way my digital camera is been acting...
Sigh, I really need to buy a new one XD

Hi again, everyone! Sorry if I have been slow in replying to comments or anything.. I did get my flu shot yesterday.. and I am completley wiped out from it. My arm now has a big welt on it, it is very sore.. and today I have flu-like symptoms.

This.. generally occurs every time I get a flu shot, so it's more par for the (yearly) course. The lack of energy though is uber-annoying.

But, after leaving the doctor's office, we decided to go out of town, and I ~~fanboyed~~ got all excited when I went to TrU and found this:

A Giratina mini plush!! I was so excited.. I wish there would have been two so I could have gotten one for a friend :/. But I love this little guy XD
